1. Fraudulent owner & agent 2. Pictures with real facilities are not the same 3. The kitchen faucet is badly clogged. Wash 3 cups, the water comes out of the kitchen hole overflowing. Rotten 1 kitchen. Sink directly x can be used after that. 4. Forced to spend extra money to buy disposable plates, cups, etc 5. There is no bed in the room, only a mattress. 6. Pipe for BBQ sink, no water at all. Even after reporting, there is still no action 7. Pool kotor 8. Had to pay a security deposit of RM500, but the refund was less than RM500 because the owner was charged because his sink was badly clogged. 9. Blame the customer for all the bad facilities. 10. Bad treatment. I don't want to pick up the call when the customer calls to ask for the security deposit back.
